Return/Refund Policy:
* Returns or refunds will only be accepted if an incorrect item was sent due to our mistake.
* Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item, along with clear photos and a continuous video recording.
* The video must be recorded from the start of opening the parcel, without cuts or edits, clearly showing the item received.
* Items must be returned within 2–4 working days from the date of receipt.
* Postage fees are non-refundable, and return postage will be borne by the customer.
* All items are thoroughly QC-checked before dispatch.
* We do not guarantee against courier handling or transit damages; therefore, no refunds or exchanges will be provided for items damaged by the courier.
* Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition and packaging.
* Sale items, promotional items, customised orders, and clearance items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
* Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will proceed with a replacement or store credit (refunds are not applicable unless stated otherwise).
