Shipping Information
Read in detail about our policy related to shipping and returns.
Orders will be posted out every Tuesdays and Thursdays. Once your order is processed you will receive an order confirmation followed by a shipping confirmation.
Shipping
We are based in Malaysia and we currently ship only within Malaysia and Singapore.
Peninsula Malaysia 2-3 days delivery
East Malaysia 3-5 days delivery
For Singapore we will be using GDEX 5-7 days delivery
Note: No postage on Public Holidays
Returns
Return & Refund Policy
• Returns or refunds will only be accepted if an incorrect item was sent due to our mistake.
• Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item, along with clear photos and a continuous video recording.
• The video must be recorded from the start of opening the parcel, without cuts or edits, clearly showing the item received.
• Items must be returned within 2–4 working days from the date of receipt.
• Postage fees are non-refundable, and return postage will be borne by the customer.
• All items are thoroughly QC-checked before dispatch.
• We do not guarantee against courier handling or transit damages; therefore, no refunds or exchanges will be provided for items damaged by the courier.
• Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition and packaging.
• Sale items, promotional items, customised orders, and clearance items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will proceed with a replacement or store credit (refunds are not applicable unless stated otherwise).
